1. Administrator and Scope
These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between:
MERCH STUDIO OOD (UIC 207903406), with registered office and address: Sofia, Mladost District, 9 Anna Akhmatova St. (hereinafter referred to as the “Merchant”), and every visitor or customer of the website deadideasfest.com (hereinafter referred to as the “User”).
By using the website or purchasing an electronic ticket, the User accepts and agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Subject of the Service
The Website provides the possibility to purchase electronic tickets online for events organized or mediated by the Merchant.
Each ticket is valid only for the specific event, date, and venue stated in the ticket description.
3. User Account and Data
The purchase may be completed with or without registration. The User guarantees that all provided data (name, email, phone number) is true and up to date.
The Merchant shall not be liable for errors resulting from incorrect data provided by the User.
4. Prices and Payment
Ticket prices are in EUR and BGN and include all applicable fees and VAT, where stated.
Payment is made exclusively by debit or credit card through an integrated payment system Stripe.
The Merchant does not store card payment data on its own server.
5. Ticket Issuance
After successful payment, the ticket is sent to the User’s email address and/or made available for download through the User’s account on the Website.
The ticket may contain a QR code, a PDF file, or a unique digital code, valid only for the relevant event.
6. Refunds
In accordance with applicable legislation (Art. 57, item 13 of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act), the right of withdrawal does not apply to services related to a specific date or period (such as events).
Refunds may be issued only in the following cases:

full cancellation of the event by the organizer;

change of date/venue without the User’s consent;

proven technical error during payment.
7. Resale and Use
Tickets are personal and may not be resold for commercial purposes without the express written consent of the Merchant.
The Merchant reserves the right to deny access to persons holding invalid, duplicated, or resold tickets.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Merchant shall not be liable for:

technical malfunctions during scanning caused by the User’s device;

delay or inability to attend the event due to circumstances beyond the Merchant’s control;

violations of event rules imposed by the organizer.
9. Personal Data Protection
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.
10. Amendment of the Terms
The Merchant has the right to update these Terms and Conditions.
Any changes take effect from the moment they are published on the Website.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria.
Any disputes shall be resolved by mutual agreement or by the competent court in Bulgaria.
